Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht: That’s behind his new tattoo

Small symbol, big meaning: With his new tattoo, Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht wants to draw attention to the topic of organ donation.

A new tattoo with important symbols now adorns the forearm of TV star Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht (32). The actor attended the anniversary event of the non-profit organization Junge Helden eV in Berlin on Thursday, where everything revolved around the topic of organ donation.

His new tattoo, which he had as part of the event and was specially designed for the club’s campaign, is intended to symbolize an organ donor card. “The minimalist geometric design shows a semicircle that receives another half to become a whole. It symbolizes the gift of life – organ donation,” says a press release.

For the actor, the tattoo is a “symbol that you should have an organ donor card and that you can help people with it”.

Nicolas Höfer, CEO and co-founder of Junge Helden eV, explained: “Of course we are aware that a tattoo alone can hardly function as an organ donor card. We therefore recommend that you also carry the official organ donor card with you. The tattoo is then both for medical staff as well as family members a clear indicator that the person is willing to donate their organs.”

These stars were also in Berlin

In addition to Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht, other prominent guests such as the two actors Roman Knizka (53) and Jennifer Ulrich (38), the artists Balbina and Floss and presenter Miyabi Kawai (48) were present at the event on Thursday.
