Gwyneth Paltrow’s skiing accident: Her children also testified in court

Gwyneth Paltrow is currently on trial for a skiing accident. Now the actress’ children have also testified.

In the spectacular civil lawsuit against Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow (50) because of a skiing accident, there is still testimony against testimony. After the plaintiff, a retired doctor, and the defendant actress had given opposing versions of the accident in court, affidavits from Paltrow’s children Moses (16) and Apple Martin (18) were also read in court on Tuesday.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s children support their version of events

Moses Martin, who, like his sister Apple, was not present in court due to time constraints, had Paltrow’s legal team state that he did not directly see the collision on the ski slope. “As I drove over, I heard my mother yell at the guy,” said Coldplay frontman Chris Martin’s son, 46. Mother Paltrow called out on the runway: “‘Damn. You just crashed into me.'”

Paltrow’s daughter Apple, on the other hand, testified that she did not notice the accident directly. When she was later reunited with her mother, however, she explained to her: “‘This asshole drove into me. He drove right into my back.'”

That accuses the plaintiff Gwyneth Paltrow

The plaintiff alleges in the sensational civil lawsuit that Paltrow was “out of control” on the ski slope that day and that she “thumped him hard to the ground” in the collision. The man is said to have suffered a traumatic brain injury, four broken ribs and other serious injuries.

The retired optometrist initially sought $3.3 million in damages in 2019, but that lawsuit was dismissed. A second process is now about the sum of 300,000 US dollars (about 280,000 euros). After the closing arguments this Thursday, the jury verdict is expected in the next few hours or days.
