After the success obtained in its first call, this year the bet is redoubled to honor the hamburger with a ritual that summons lovers of this popular food, and that this time invites them to choose the best hamburger in the country in a contest federal that has as protagonist the vote of the participants and a jury of recognized specialists in the subject.
This new edition has an appointment on May 27 from 12 PM to 00:30 AM at The Food Truck Store, located at Sucre 1651, Belgrano, CABA, and will have a complete line up of activities with a master class, music on live and burners on for 12 hours where five of the greatest references in the world of Buenos Aires hamburgers will cook. This year the great novelty of Burger Palusa will be the incorporation of the Federal Competition, with the participation of hamburger restaurants from the interior of the country that will be presenting their star product to more than 1,500 people.
The public will be able to purchase their exclusive ticket to become a jury, taste the eight hamburgers in the competition and choose their favorite; The one with the most votes will get the “People’s Award”. There will also be a jury made up of renowned specialists and influencers related to hamburger culture and gastronomy, who at the closing of the festival will proclaim the “Best Federal Hamburger” in the country.

Federal Competition
At the end of March of this year, TFTS, through its RRSS, launched a national call for hamburgers from all over the country to participate in the first Federal Hamburger Competition in Argentina. The team from The Food Truck Store, led by Rodo Cámara, made a shortlist of 16 hamburger restaurants among the 105 that applied as representatives from all over the country. In that instance, the selected ones were able to present their place and their star hamburger through the TFTS RRSS, and the followers with their vote had the possibility of choosing the eight finalists who will be cooking at Burger Palusa.
“The great call we had was incredible, we did not expect so many registered hamburger restaurants. The selection process was very nice, where we were able to learn about their stories and their products. Once the 16 hamburger restaurants have been shortlisted, we invite them to campaign to get the most votes. Thousands of followers supported their candidacies and the visibility of the contest reached radio, portals and local news.
