The three artists, icons of the genre, lived there for eight months, between 2017 and 2018. Although the stay of the three musicians lasted less than a year, the place acquired a sacred aura. The façade, for example, is now a scribbled mural where fans flock from far and wide to take photos and leave their signatures.

“La Mansión” is approximately 90 years old and is the family home of Alejandro Farachewho returned to live there when the interpreters left in 2018.
It has 603 square meters, of which more than 200 are discovered. Alejandro clarified that it is not luxurious, but “it is very well made with noble materials, in a rationalist style, with marble stairs, floors that combine mosaics, and Slavonian oak in the bedrooms. We moved here with my parents when I was 5 years old. I love my house but together with my brothers we have decided to sell it”.

They had to replace pipes, fittings, some glass, locks, but they did not make structural repairs.
It is entered through a marble-clad hall that leads to a living-dining room with a window facing the street and glass doors that overlook the wooded park. It has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms, and is being offered for sale for $850,000.
