The renowned pizza master Danilo Ferraz is the alma mater of Mil y Pico, where he offers his iconic grilled pizzas, with thin and crispy dough. Born in Mar del Plata and with extensive experience in fish, Fran works with this product like few others. His gamberi dish with pancetta alla piastra combines ingredients from the sea and land, and is about seasonal prawns (which come from Puerto Madryn, Rawson or Comodoro Rivadavia, depending on the time of year), wrapped in smoked bacon, cooked on the grill , accompanied with wedge potatoes and finished with a lactonese-based aioli, which adds freshness and enhances all the flavors.
