At an age when other girls go to school and meet girlfriends, she has lived like an adult: 12-hour days, evening appointments, travelling, family time only on Sundays. At “12 or 13 years old,” says Cyrus, she got up at 5:30 a.m., then had make-up applied and then completed an interview marathon: “It went from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.: 3 p.m. in the evening.” In between there was also a photo shoot for a magazine.
“I am many things, but not lazy”
Even on Saturdays, according to the 30-year-old, she was often fully booked from morning to evening. After that, she flew home, had Sunday off, and filming for “Hannah Montana” continued on Monday. Her summary: “I may be a lot, but I’m not lazy!”
The singer announced in May that she probably doesn’t want to tour to promote her latest album Endless Summer Vacation. She had caused discussions among her fans. The star then explained, “What a lot of people don’t understand about touring is that the show is often only 90 minutes long, but that’s your life!”
According to Miley Cyrus, anyone who performs at such a level and with such intensity “needs just as long to regenerate and rest afterwards.” Just an “Endless Summer Vacation”…
