Angus T. Jones is barely recognizable in new photos. The “Two and a Half Men” star has been living in seclusion for years.
Angus T. Jones (29) is no longer “half a man”: The former “Two and a Half Men” star is hardly recognizable in new photos. Most probably still know the actor as a chubby teenager who was up to mischief as Jake Harper alongside Charlie Sheen (57) and Jon Cryer (58) and briefly alongside Ashton Kutcher (45) in the popular sitcom.
there’s nothing left of that now: The pictures show Angus T. Jones on his way to lunch in Sherman Oaks, California, the former actor wears a cropped buzz cut and a full beard, as well as tinted sunglasses and dark fitness clothing. He’s holding a large water bottle and typing on a clamshell phone.
Angus T. Jones turned his back on acting
Jones appeared on the sitcom Two and a Half Men beginning in 2003 and was for a time the highest paid underage actor on US television. Back in 2012 and advised against watching them on TV. He justified his statement with his new strict Christian beliefs as a Seventh-day Adventist. He withdrew his statement shortly thereafter, but from then on only had minor appearances in the 10th season of the series.
As of 2013, he was replaced by Amber Tamblyn (40) and only had another brief guest appearance on the series finale in February 2015. In 2014, he revealed that he only envisages returning to screen if it were Bible-based stories. After the sitcom ended in 2015, he appeared in front of the camera only once, for an episode of the series “Horace and Pete”. He then turned his back on acting.
Jones attended the University of Colorado at Bolder before moving back to Los Angeles. In 2016 he founded an event company with Justin Combs (29), the son of Sean “Diddy” Combs (53). It is not known what the former child star is doing today.
