They had an immediate special connection, Beckham recalled. “I knew I had a friend for life,” Beckham continued. “Over the years our friendship has grown and Marc is a member of the family, the godfather of my son Cruz and someone I enjoy spending time with. He is an incredible father, husband and family man.” He further praised the “energy and dedication to his craft” and noted, “He has done so much to promote Latin music and inspire the next generation of young people.” Although Anthony has already achieved a lot, he is just getting started: “His passion for music continues to grow and he inspires me with his drive, energy and incredible work ethic. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition. “
