Kevin Federline is said to feel financially unfairly treated by Britney Spears. So far, the former dancer has received $40,000 in child support – he thinks that’s not enough.

The online magazine “TMZ” has now revealed that Spears’ former husband is considering going to court. According to TMZ, a source revealed that the child support amount of $20,000 per month was originally designed so that Kevin Federline would have his children 50 percent of the time. However, the children are said to have not even seen their mother Britney Spears for around two years. According to the portal, Federline is thinking about taking legal action to get more money from Britney Spears for full-time care.

The singer herself recently refrained from taking legal action to prevent the children from moving far away to Hawaii with their father.
