For most musicians, performing live on stage is very challenging. This also applies to the singer Lena Meyer-Landrut. Things sometimes get particularly tricky for them on stage.
Pop singer Lena Meyer-Landrut (32) is going on tour again for the first time in years next summer. On stage she struggles with her memory. “I’m known among my fans for constantly forgetting my lyrics. I forget the lyrics of old songs and also of the new ones. I have a real quirk there,” she told the German Press Agency. In moments like this, she gets back into the songs relatively quickly. “Or the first ten rows will help me.”
Lena Meyer-Landrut: New album released
This Friday the musician (“Satellite”, “Better”) released her new single “Straitjacket”. On the cover and in the music video she shows herself with a long, blonde ponytail. These are artificial extensions.
“I like to try out new things and play with looks. I want to show my artistic changes not only musically, but also visually – for example through looks, clothes, make-up or hair,” said Meyer-Landrut.
