When is the Salame Festival in Tandil?
CHACINAR will be carried out Saturday 4, from 12 to 11, and Sunday, November 5, from 12 to 4in diagonal Independence Park, Arturo Illia Avenue, Tandil, Buenos Aires province. Admission is free.

CHACINAR: activities and programming
The event will feature live shows, bonfires, food trucks, disco food, producers’ fair, exhibition of classic cars and motorcyclesand escape adventure rooms. Furthermore, this year we will look for break the record of the latest edition with the production of the longest salami with Designation of Origin in the world.
In 2014the five producing families that make up the Council of the Denomination of Origin presented the first longest salami that measured 16.1 meters. Year after year, that record was surpassed and the last one in 2022 measured 183.40 meters.

For this year, the commitment was made to make a salami that will exceed 200 meters on the occasion of celebrating the 200 years of the city.

Beer Festival in Luján
The party will feature local producers with more than 30 varieties of craft beers, a gastronomic patio, live music, a craft fair and live music. Free entrance.

Tradition Festival in Mercedes
Apart from country riding, rein testing, Creole skills, presentation of folklore dance schools, parade of gaucho groups, carriages and troops will be part of the festival. In addition to music, dance, gastronomy and art. Fee entry.

2nd Festival of Tradition and Roast in Lobos
The party will offer barbecued ribs, an exhibition of equestrian skills, folkloric shows, presentations of payadores and the Municipal Ballet, a craft and entrepreneur market, machinery, silversmiths, rope makers and nurserymen. The festivities will continue on Friday the 10th, with a Peñero Meeting on Plaza 1810, and on Sunday the 12th, with a gaucho parade through the streets of the city. Free entrance.

5th Creole Roast Festival in Bordenave, Puan
The event will have a couple grilling contest, musical performances, a food court and a craft walk. Free entrance.
