Heino mourns his wife: Hannelore Kramm has died

At the age of 81, Heino’s wife Hannelore Kramm died in their home. Her health had been poor for some time.

As the “Bild” newspaper reports, Hannelore Kramm, the wife of musician Heino, died at the age of 81. Heino is said to have been watching a TV recording at the time. The newspaper also reports that the singer stopped filming the Sat.1 show “Kiwi’s Big Party Night” and rushed home. “Heino and all of us are in deep sadness,” said Heino’s manager Helmut Werner to the “Bild” newspaper.

The musician and his wife met at a Miss pageant in 1972. At that time, Hannelore was still married to Prince Alfred von Auersperg, and Heino was also married. “We were both no longer so happily married at the time: Hannelore was no longer with her Alfie and I was no longer with my Lilo.”said Heino in the biography “Home – Where the heart is at home” by Ilka Peemöller. Hannelore and Heino married in 1979 and most recently lived in a house together in Kitzbühel, Austria.

Hannelore’s health has not been good in the past few months. “Now I’m in the process of looking after Hannelore. She had a car accident in the 70s and it’s making itself felt now,” Heino recently said in an interview with MDR.

An accident and heart problems plagued Hannelore Kramm

She can no longer walk like she used to and has to rely on a walker, explained Heino. “Now I have to look after Hannelore and I like to do that,” he said. In 2004, Hannelore survived a serious heart attack and had to undergo several operations. She was very lucky back then, her husband revealed. “If she had been brought in half an hour later, she would have died of the heart attack. I thank God that she survived,” said Heino at the time.

The “Blue Blossoms of the Gentian” singer told the “Bild” newspaper years ago that he would like to die before his beloved wife. ““Hannelore is my first call in the morning and my last in the evening,” he told the newspaper in October. Hannelore was Heino’s third wife and the two were married for 44 years.
