Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are said to have reached an agreement regarding custody. The actress has withdrawn a complaint against him.

Sophie Turner (27) has apparently withdrawn allegations against her ex Joe Jonas (34). After the separation last fall, the British actress allegedly accused the US singer of illegally keeping the children with her. citing court documents that a U.S. judge approved dismissal of the lawsuit. The two stars had previously signed an agreement, which was also approved by a British judge last week.

The dispute is said to have broken out last September. According to US media reports at the time, Sophie Turner claimed that Jonas had withheld their daughters’ passports and thus allegedly refused them return to England. The singer denied this. The two are parents to Delphine (1) and Willa (3).

Agreement reached

At the end of September, according to People, the married couple reached a temporary agreement whereby their two daughters would initially stay in New York City. A little later there was apparently a provisional custody agreement. The two subsequently released a joint statement: “Following a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend equal time in loving environments in the US and the UK.” It was also said that they were looking forward to raising the children together.

Joe Jonas filed for divorce from his wife of four years in Miami in early September. The two stars, who began dating in 2016, married in Las Vegas and France in 2019. According to reports last year, the divorce papers allegedly stated that the marriage had “irretrievably broken down”. According to rumors, both are already in a new relationship.
