A new edition of the harvest is approaching in the Quebrada de Humahuaca

“It is a new opportunity to publicize the culture of our region. Wines as the epicenter, adding gastronomy, music and everything that makes up this rich culture of northern Argentina,” he comments. Daniel Manzurwinegrower and director of El Bayeh Winery.

Among the guests who will accompany the initiative will be the renowned chef Dolli Irigoyen, along with leading chefs from various regions of the country: Florencia Rodríguez (Nuevo Progreso, Jujuy), Daniel Hansen (Flor del Pago, Jujuy), Vanina Chimeno (María Antonieta y Orégano , Mendoza), Toti Quesada (Nectar, Buenos Aires). The winemaker Matías Michelini and the queen of sommeliers, Agustina de Alba, will also be present.

The music will feature the Cuarteto Divergent, the exquisite string quartet led by Alejandro Terán (Terán, Casalla, Isas and Rencsar), Chancha Vía Circuito, Re-White Live and Rocío Manzur, who will offer all their talent during the three days.

The El Bayeh grape harvest It will focus on three exclusive locations, Maimará, Purmamarca and Huacalera, to enjoy a regional experience in a super festive atmosphere.

From 6:30 p.m., Bodega El Bayeh invites El Manantial del Silencio to be part of a BANQUET with Toti Quesada, Vanina Chimeno, Daniel Hansen and Florencia Rodríguez. Together they will create an “enchanted table”, an exquisite menu with fresh local products, cheeses from La Huerta Tambo accompanied by wines from the winery, in a magical environment surrounded by the beauty of Purmamarca. This will create an eight-hand match, connecting Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Jujuy.

A unique dinner to the rhythm of El Cuarteto Divergent, led by Alejandro Terán, which will set the tone for a night with delicious flavors.

Starting at 10 a.m., a conceptual visit that will last all day at the El Bayeh Winery.

A walk that will begin through the vineyards, led by Matías Michelini and Daniel Manzur, and will invite you to learn about La Quebrada de Humahuaca as a new wine sector, the landscape and the El Bayeh project. A tour that will offer several happenings among the vineyards.

Upon arriving at the winery, we will enjoy “Hola Cata”, the experience guided by sommelier Agustina de Alba to understand the world of wine in greater depth. Through a tasting with wines from the winery, carefully selected by Agustina, the focus will be on discovering the terroir, the relationship that exists between the soil, the climate and the interpretation of the person that makes each wine unique and unrepeatable.

Then it will be time for the great Dolli Irigoyen, with a menu designed together with Florencia Rodriguez exclusively for the event, accompanied by a selection of wines from the winery. A very special lunch since it will be held in the Kitchen of the new Hotel de La Bodega El Bayeh.

And to greet the sunset there will be a landscape and music show among the vineyards by Rocío Manzur, El Cuarteto Divergent and Re-White. Complete!

The finale of the Festival with a wine fair, tapas and electronic party at Casa Mocha: from 1 to 8 p.m., the winemakers and producers of Jujuy – especially from the Quebrada de Humahuaca – will share their projects and flavors authentic from the region.

The covers? In charge of the guest chefs: Dolli Irigoyen, Toti Quesada, Florencia Rodríguez, Daniel Hansen and Vanina Chimeno, providing their gourmet touch.

To close, electronic music will make the place vibrate with the energy of Chancha Vía Circuito and Re-White.
