The documentary revives the Matthew Hardy’s real cyberbullying casewho harassed dozens of women on social media in Great Britain, before receiving the longest judicial sentence in history for that crime, nine years, in early 2022.

“Would you keep a secret?” It keeps you alert without respite, but it also spreads a real case with the double objective of generating awareness.

“Hundreds of messages, fake profiles, threats: Abby, Lia and Zoe endured years of cyberbullying before managing to reveal the identity of their attacker,” reads the official Netflix synopsis. The docuseries tells the story of three women who begin to receive ridicule from strangers on social networks and shows how they experience the frustration of blocking or reporting profiles, because it seems that cyberbullying has no end.

Fortunately, they manage to attract the attention of a suspect and have that person questioned. But can they get justice with the limited evidence they have of cyberbullying?
