Chris Pratt didn’t need a stuntman on the set of the film “Mercy”. The actor shows the result online: he injured himself.

He sustained the injury on the set of his new film “Mercy.” On the fourth day of filming for the sci-fi thriller, the actor wanted to do without a stuntman and promptly had to take the receipt. “I have such a great stunt team! And sometimes I try to join in and do my own stuff. Today Daddy caught a metal pole on his ankle,” he writes.
“Getting around could be exciting,” adds the American. The pictures not only show his ankle wrapped in an ice pack, but also the painful injury itself: Pratt’s right foot has an abrasion and is very swollen. Numerous fans send their idol well wishes in the comments.

Pratt has already done some of the stunts himself in his other films. This is something like therapy for him. “When you do something physical, you lose yourself in it, your thoughts become quieter. It’s therapeutic. I like hard, physical work,” he told Men’s Fitness magazine.
