Hollywood visit to Berlin: Lead actors Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt are coming to Berlin for the European premiere of the action comedy “The Fall Guy”. It’s action-packed.
A car crashes through a dummy wall, while fountains of fire shoot up: The action comedy “The Fall Guy” with Ryan Gosling (43) and Emily Blunt (41) celebrated its European premiere in Berlin with a spectacular stunt.
The Hollywood stars came in person to the premiere that evening at Uber Platz in Friedrichshain. The “Barbie” star wore a dark suit, his fellow actress (“Oppenheimer”) wore a blue evening dress.
The new film by director David Leitch is inspired by the 80s cult series “A Colt for All Occasions” about the stuntman Colt Seavers. In “The Fall Guy”, Colt (Gosling) has to track down a film star who has disappeared from a large film set owned by his former girlfriend and director Jody Moreno (Blunt) – in the process he also wants to recapture his ex. The action flick is scheduled to hit German cinemas on April 30th.
Director Leitch had previously directed films such as “John Wick” and “Deadpool 2” and also worked as a stuntman himself. Just last year, Gosling and Blunt appeared in the hit films “Barbie” (Gosling) and “Oppenheimer” (Blunt).
