Marc Dumitru and Kristina Schmidt, as she is called by her maiden name, met in 2009 while filming the youth series “Das Haus Anubis”.
However, their professional paths diverged after filming for the series ended in 2012: He remained loyal to acting and appeared in the RTL series “Nachtschwestern”, among others, and has played the role of Kilian Reichenbach in “Alles was zählt” since 2022. Wife Kristina turned her back on acting and studied primary school teaching from 2012 to 2018. In the year of their graduation, the two also celebrated their dream wedding.
