In the post, he thanked the doctors and staff at the hospital who looked after him and treated him. However, his greatest thanks did not go to one person, but to his helmet: It saved his life.
He also showed a picture of the badly damaged helmet after the accident on Instagram. He therefore made an urgent appeal to all his followers: “Wear a helmet!” This was a “very important message” from him. It didn’t matter how short the journey was.
