Actor Thomas Brodie-Sangster has married his colleague Talulah Riley. She has already had two marriages – both to Elon Musk.
As the sweet boy Sam, he was looking for true love in the 2003 hit film “Love Actually”. In real life, the now grown-up actor Thomas Brodie-Sangster (34) has long since found it and has now sealed it. On Friday (June 21), he said “I do” to his fiancée, British actress Talulah Riley (38). While this is his first marriage, he was previously married twice to Tesla founder Elon Musk (52).
As the British newspaper “The Sun” reports, the romantic ceremony took place in St. George’s Church in Anstey, Hertfordshire. The groom wore a royal blue tuxedo, grey pinstripe trousers and a floral waist jacket, the bride wore a white dress with thin straps, a waterfall neckline and a long veil. After saying “I do”, they left the church beaming and climbed into an open carriage.
Engagement in summer 2023
The two met in March 2021 on the set of the series “Pistol”. They made their relationship public at the BAFTAs in March 2023. On July 27, 2023, Talulah Riley announced the engagement – and ironically chose her famous ex-husband’s social media platform to do so. Riley wrote on an intimate couple photo: “I am so happy to announce that Thomas Brodie-Sangster and I are engaged after two years of dating.”
While Thomas Brodie-Sangster is best known from “Love Actually,” his newlywed wife made headlines with her turbulent relationship with one of the richest men in the world. She was married to Elon Musk twice. In 2012, they divorced after two years, and a year later they remarried. However, their happiness did not last long: Musk filed for a second divorce in 2014, but then withdrew it. The final separation followed in 2016. At the time, the entrepreneur said: “We took several months to see if absence would make our hearts beat faster, but unfortunately that was not the case.”
In contrast to his new wife, Brodie-Sangster’s previous love life did not cause quite as much of a stir. Although he has had a few relationships – for example with actress Isabella Melling (34) and musician Gzi Wisdom (28) – the reasons for the split remained secret.
