The hidden bar in a hotel that transports you to another era

This is Boca de Toro Club. It operates in the basement of the Pulitzer Buenos Aires Hotel and was designed by the renowned Spanish interior designer, Lázaro Rosa-Violán.

Hidden in the basement of the Hotel Pulitzer Buenos Aires, Boca de Toro Club offers a reserved and stylish atmosphere. Designed by the renowned Spanish interior designer, Lazarus Rosa-Violan, this space welcomes visitors with a decoration that follows the lines of neo-baroque maximalism, using materials imported from Spain. Walls covered with fabrics with floral motifs in green tones, corduroy and leather armchairs and floor lamps with fringed lampshades create a unique atmosphere that transports you to another era. Attention to detail is reflected in every corner, and invites you to live a moment where all the senses are entertained.

When you go down the stairs and reveal the heavy velvet curtains, you discover the lounge that has a striking bar in green and wood tones, which invites you to come and taste its variety of classic and signature cocktails. The head bartender, Augusto Machado, is a true alchemist who proposes cocktails prepared with national and international distillates, natural syrups, exotic syrups and dried fruits, worked in a 100% artisanal way. Among his creations are the Morado, complex and intense in color, which combines gin infused with red cabbage, natural citrus juices and syrup. Another one that stands out is Apple Grincha fresh and fruity mix of Jack Daniels Apple, a touch of cinnamon and bitters, ideal to start the evening, which is accompanied by a live DJ set.

The gastronomic proposal of Boca de Toro Club focuses on original tapas created by executive chef Agustin Monticelli. Made with high-quality products, it includes options such as roast chicken croquettes, sea bravas (tempura prawns with tartar sauce), cured salmon with cucumber relish, zucchini with ricotta and romesco sauce, and eggplant hummus. In addition, the selection of charcuterie and the Boca Club Hot Dog stand out, a mini hot dog on homemade bread with pure pork Hungarian sausage, jalapeño and acevichada mayonnaise.

Boca de Toro Club, located in the basement of the Hotel Pulitzer Buenos Aires, opens from Tuesday to Saturday, and is the ideal spot to experience a different night.
