The first restaurant opened in Barrio Norte and, since then, the proposal that offers a complete journey through the Italian peninsula through flavours, has grown to become a classic on the local gastronomic scene. Here, recipes with history are replicated while maintaining the essence of tradition in every bite. Their pastas, produced in-house, are made with 100% Italian products: preparations such as the Don Corleone fusilli al fierrito (with olive oil, garlic, black olives, capers and fresh tomato) or the La Parolaccia nocchi soufflé (spinach au gratin with poultry, cream, mushrooms, pesto, parmesan and cooked ham) are just some of the homemade options. In the Antipasti section, Mediterranean flavours stand out, such as burratina fritta (burrata cheese breaded in panko and fried with tomato and basil sauce) or carpaccio di manzo (raw meat prepared with traditional dressing, arugula and parmesan). Salads, meats, poultry and fish with an Italian tone are also part of the offer.

Each of the branches —where both family and friends get together— maintains an aesthetic in which the design details mark a unique style. Environments where noble materials, such as wood and leather, predominate, contrast with tables dressed in impeccable white. The careful attention of the service, on the other hand, ensures an experience to repeat over and over again.
As differential proposals, they have the menu Wordwhich includes starter, main course, dessert and drink for a fixed price. This option is valid every day of the week and also offers a welcome aperitif, water or soft drink per person, 750 ml DV Catena wine for every two people, coffee or tea with petits fours and a glass of limoncello. For these days and until the end of July, a set menu has also been added to the offer pop up which has an appetizer, main course, dessert and drink, for $20,000, available in all branches from Monday to Friday, during lunch hours.
