The Morning Show adds an Oscar winner to its cast for season 4. Jeremy Irons has been cast in a major role in the Apple TV+ series. He will play Martin Levy, the father of Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston). Irons joins the new addition to the cast of season 4, Marion Cotillard.

The Levy family drama that Martin’s arrival is sure to bring will likely compound the headache Alex faces at work as he deals with the fallout from the botched sale of UBA to Paul Marks’ tech company (Jon Hamm) and a possible merger with rival network NBN.

The ensemble drama also stars Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Hamm and Nicole Beharie. Julianna Margulies will not return next season.

Irons is an Academy, Emmy, SAG, Tony and Golden Globe Award winner. He was most recently in the film The Beekeeper and will next be seen in the limited series The Count of Monte Cristothe latest adaptation of the classic Alexandre Dumas.
