Philipp Plein (46) has become a father again. The German fashion designer announced this on . There he not only writes how much he loves his children, but also shows pictures from the hospital and reveals a few details about his now fourth son.
Philipp Plein loves his four sons more than anything
“Today my fourth son – Hurricane Thor Thunder – was born at 10:58 a.m.,” Plein wrote on July 6, 2024. He also published pictures from the hospital, which show him with the baby and his partner Andreea Sasu, among others. The child was born just nine months after the birth of Plein’s third son. His eldest son comes from a previous relationship with Fernanda Rigon, and Plein has his two middle sons with Lucia Bartoli.
“I can’t put into words how happy and blessed we are to have received such an incredible gift from above,” Plein continues in his Insta post. “I love all my children equally and I can’t imagine life without them. […] Daddy loves you all so much.” It is a blessing to be the father of four children, to see them all grow up together and to discover the world through their beautiful and innocent eyes.
Creative designs, creative baby names
The , that his youngest, Hurricane Thor Thunder, weighed 3.1 kilograms at birth and was 50 centimeters tall. The designer was present at the birth: “I think that’s more than natural. I provide support. Monitor everything. And pray that everything goes well.”
Hurricane Thor Thunder is not the only unusual baby name in the large Pleins patchwork family. His firstborn is called Romeo Prince, and the two middle children are named Rocket Halo Ocean and Rouge Sky Galaxy.
