Heidi Klum’s ex Vito Schnabel has been together with German model Helena Althof for one and a half years. The couple is reportedly getting married soon.
Vito Schnabel (47) is reportedly planning to get married soon. After his relationship with Heidi Klum (51), which lasted from 2014 to 2017, the multimillionaire found great happiness in another, much younger model: he has been in a relationship with the German Helena Althof (21) for one and a half years. Now the two are set to get down to business. As reported, the two will be getting married next Tuesday (July 9) in a civil ceremony in New York.
Peter Althof confirms the marriage
Helena Althof’s father, the former celebrity bodyguard and “Jungle Camp” candidate Peter Althof (68), confirmed the upcoming wedding to the newspaper. “Yes, that’s right. I am infinitely happy and so pleased for my girl. Helena and Vito have a very special connection,” he explained.
However, due to a conviction in 2004, Althof cannot travel to the ceremony in the USA, but will only attend the church wedding outside the States next year. Helena’s mother Sandra Rajcic is already there in New York.
Helena Althof has been modelling since she was 16
Vito Schnabel, the son of US painting legend Julian Schnabel (72), and Helena Althof met through mutual friends. After his relationship with Klum and a brief liaison with Amber Heard (38), Schnabel was long considered one of the most sought-after bachelors in the USA.
His bride from Nuremberg, who is 26 years younger than him, signed her first modeling contract at the age of 16. Most recently she lived in London and studied philosophy there on the side.
