Apple teases the premiere of the second season of “Severance” with a first trailer

Severance is executive produced by Ben Stiller, who also directs five episodes this season, in addition to directors Uta Bresiewitz, Sam Donovan and Jessica Lee Gagné.

The long-awaited premiere of the second season of the series Severance of Apple TV+ is scheduled for Friday, January 17 with one episode followed by a new episode every Friday until March 21.

From the writer, creator and executive producer Dan EricksonSeverance follows Mark Scout (Adam Scott), a team leader at Lumon Industries whose employees have undergone a severance procedure that surgically splits their memories between their work and personal lives. This daring experiment in “work-life balance” is called into question when Mark finds himself at the center of a mystery that will force him to confront the true nature of his job…and himself.

What is Severance season 2 about?

In the 10-episode second season, Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of messing with the indemnity barrier, leading them further down a path of misfortune.
