Michael Douglas is seen with his children Dylan and Carys at a film premiere in New York. Two other family members are missing.
Michael Douglas (79) attended the premiere of the documentary “America’s Burning” in New York with his son Dylan (23) and his daughter Carys (21). Catherine Zeta-Jones (54), his wife and mother of the two children, was not seen at the actor’s side. Also missing was Michael Douglas’ eldest son Cameron (45), whom he had with his former wife Diandra Luker (68).
Elegant appearance of the family
For the red carpet, Michael Douglas wore a dark blue jacket with a shirt in a lighter shade of blue underneath. He left the top buttons of the shirt open. Dark grey trousers, black shoes and a black belt completed the outfit. Dylan Douglas chose a timeless look with a subtle striped suit in light beige and a white shirt. His sister Carys wore a white blazer with a white top and a long maxi skirt made of shimmering silver satin.
Douglas acts as narrator in the film. He also shares the role of executive producer with Barry Levinson (82). The film was directed by author David Smick. He says he is very lucky to be working closely with the two of them. “America’s Burning” is about the history of the US economy and explores the causes of “today’s hatred and division”. The film will be released in selected cinemas in the USA on July 12th.
