Reports are “fake news”
“Currently, claims are circulating on the Internet that Heinz Hoenig has died. We would like to expressly stress at this point that this is fake news,” reads a statement shared by both Hoenig’s management and on the private channel of his wife Annika Kärsten-Hoenig (39). “These reports are completely unfounded and are causing unnecessary unrest,” it continues.
In addition, the family of the “Das Boot” star asks that they no longer “burden them with such requests and false information” and thanks the fans for their consideration.
