Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck: Now they are selling their villa

It’s official: Jennifer Lopez (54) and Ben Affleck (51) are splitting up – from their villa. There have been rumors for some time that Bennifer wants to get rid of their shared house in Beverly Hills. The (still) couple is said to have commissioned celebrity realtor Santiago Arana, known from the Netflix series “Buying Beverly Hills”, to find a buyer. The property is officially listed as being for sale.

68 million dollars for 3530 square meters of living space

The property costs a whopping 68 million dollars (approx. 62.5 million euros). Bennifer is thus asking for more than the recently reported 65 million dollars (approx. 60 million euros). Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck only bought the villa in May 2023. At the time, they put 60 million (approx. 50 million euros) on the table.

The building measures approximately 3,530 square meters. There are twelve bedrooms and 24 bathrooms on this area. The associated property is approximately 21,043.7 square meters. The property includes a basketball court and a court for the trendy sport of pickleball. According to the real estate agent, the house has been freshly renovated inside, and a fully equipped gym awaits buyers.

The signs point to a separation for Bennifer

The now official sale of their property is another sign that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s marriage is not going well. Ben Affleck is said to have moved out of the now-sold house in May. While his wife was in Europe, he is said to have picked up his things in June.

Further signs of an impending divorce after only two years of marriage: Ben Affleck was repeatedly seen without a wedding ring. Bennifer spent Independence Day on July 4th, which is important in the United States, apart. Jennifer Lopez had previously canceled her tour because she needed time for herself and her family.
