“Farmer Seeks Wife” star André: Wedding with his pregnant partner

For André Urselmann (33) and his Julia (31), one good news follows the next. In the 19th season of the RTL dating show “Farmer Seeks Wife”, the dairy farmer and the project manager fell in love in 2023. A few months later, they announced their engagement and their first child is on the way. On their first anniversary, the couple has now made the decision and got married.

On July 17, Urselmann shared a series of photos showing him and his partner on their wedding day. In the snapshots, the couple kiss deeply in the registry office or put on their wedding rings. “Love stops time and lets eternity begin. Husband and wife,” the newlywed wrote happily.

Wedding one year after the first kiss

the TV couple revealed a few more details about their big day. The ceremony took place in the old town hall in Kevelaer in the presence of the closest family. The wedding date was chosen very deliberately: the two had their first kiss a year earlier – four days after they had met for the first time at the “Farmer Seeks Wife” barn party. “From now on, the anniversary will always be our wedding anniversary,” says Julia happily. Next year, the wedding will be celebrated in a big way.

The first baby is coming soon

Then the first child together is already in the world. In April, farmer André announced on Instagram that his Julia was pregnant. “It was particularly important to both of us to get married before the birth so that all three of us would have the same family name,” Julia explained to the daily newspaper. Her partner surprised her with three diamonds in her wedding ring for the wedding, “which represent him, me and our baby.”
