Actress Jella Haase will soon be back on Netflix as “Kleo”. There is one thing she particularly admires about her character in the series.
Actress Jella Haase sees herself more as a “people pleaser”. In other words, as someone who wants to please people and make them happy. “I often nod along to things instead of saying something directly,” the 31-year-old told the editorial network Germany. She often feels resistance, but is not able to name it so quickly. “I have something very rude inside me, but I always regulate it and don’t let it out,” said the Berliner.
From July 25, Haase can be seen in the second season of “Kleo” on Netflix. The action series tells the story of an ex-GDR spy. She was most recently seen in the movie “Chantal in Fairytale Land”, a spin-off of the “Fack ju Göhte” series.
Haase also said that she would like to be as nonconformist as the two characters she portrays. “I would really like to be able to free myself from conventions like Chantal and Kleo,” said the 31-year-old. “They don’t care about social conventions. That’s liberating for both characters.”
