Taylor Swift celebrated her fans after the Gelsenkirchen shows. And she also set another record.
Taylor Swift (34) thanked her fans after her three shows in Gelsenkirchen. The audience at the performances was “unique” and “so attentive”. The 34-year-old was obviously happy about the numerous signs and paper hearts, among other things, and thanked everyone for everything in the post. She also shared numerous pictures from her shows in the arena in Gelsenkirchen.
“You are simply the greatest”
In the post, Taylor Swift also addressed words to everyone who supported her album “The Tortured Poets Department,” which she released in April: “I am completely blown away by what you have done – it was number 1 in the first 12 weeks of release and that has never happened to an album of mine, not even close!” she explained. “You are simply the greatest.” The pop star added: “Now that we have officially started our shows in Germany, I can’t wait to see you all in Hamburg next!”
Taylor Swift performed in Gelsenkirchen on July 17, 18 and 19. Her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce (34), was among those in the audience, and Hollywood star Anne Hathaway (41) was also spotted at one of the concerts. Now Swift is heading to Hamburg for two shows on July 23 and 24 as part of her “The Eras Tour”. Her last concerts in Germany for the time being will be in Munich on July 27 and 28.
Record tour ends in December
In Europe, Warsaw, Vienna and London are scheduled for August. The last planned show – the 152nd of the tour – is on December 8th in Vancouver. The “Eras Tour” is already considered the highest-grossing tour of all time, and Swift is said to have become the first billionaire in history with music as her main source of income.
