The ingredients for this dessert are:
- 180 grams of sugar
- Melted chocolate coating
- Caramel sauce
- Six units of egg whites
- 60 grams of toasted walnuts
- 100 grams of butter
- 80 grams of wheat flour
- Half a tablespoon of salt
- 200 grams of 70% dark chocolate
- Four units eggs
- 100 grams sugar
Preparation
For prepare the brownie cake you have to follow this series of steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Start preparing the brownie: melt the butter with the chocolate cut into pieces in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and half a tablespoon of salt.
- Mix the butter with the flour and add the walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 16cm diameter mould and bake at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.

- Once the brownie is cool and cooked, decorate with dulce de leche and meringue. You can also add chocolate chips on top.
