Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 55th birthday on July 24th. The singer posted a mirror selfie to mark the occasion. In the snapshot, she can be seen in a white swimsuit with a plunging neckline. She also wears eye-catching gold jewelry and has her hair styled in a ponytail. In keeping with her album of the same name, she captioned the photo: “This Is Me…Now.” A cake emoji also reminds us of her birthday.

Lopez has already received numerous compliments in the comments section for her post. Among other things, she can read: “The most beautiful woman in the world,” “I can’t believe you’re 55,” and “You are the queen of our hearts.” The photo is said to have been taken on her recent vacation in Italy. But the post didn’t stop there; the birthday girl also shared impressions of her special pre-birthday party.

Glamorous “Bridgerton” evening

The clip showed special moments from her “Bridgerton” party in the Hamptons. “Dear readers, everyone had a wonderful evening,” Lopez wrote in her video, fittingly for the Netflix series. As the US magazine “People” previously showed in photos, the pre-birthday party on Saturday, July 20, had a Regency-era theme, which is why many guests wore ball gowns.

Lopez also dressed up and chose a voluminous gown with gold appliqués and an elegant updo. She was also seen at the party, which featured string players, horse-drawn carriages, a cake and dancers, in a green dress that she probably changed into later in the evening. There was once again no sign of her husband Ben Affleck (51) at the party. There have been rumors of a marital crisis for months.
