Former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan congratulated his wife Keely Shaye Smith (60) on their 23rd wedding anniversary with a romantic message of love. “Keely, my beautiful brown-eyed girl, my north, my south, my east and west,” the actor wrote in an Instagram post on the occasion of their wedding anniversary on Sunday. If he stayed behind, she should wait for him.
Accompanying the text, the 71-year-old put together a collage of four pictures showing the couple at different ages – holding hands on a walk on the beach, hugging each other in a suit and white dress, smiling in all pictures. Smith also published a picture of the two at their wedding in Ireland on Instagram. “You are the finest, sweetest, most tender person I know,” she wrote.
The Irish-born actor, who has lived in the USA for many years, met the US journalist Smith 30 years ago in Mexico and married her in Ireland in 2001. They have two sons together. Brosnan has other children from a previous marriage.
