Ingredients
- 250 cc of milk
- 50 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams of 0000 flour
- 60 grams of melted butter
- 12 grams of baking powder
- 1 pinch of fine salt
Preparation
To achieve these delicious pancakes you have to follow the next steps:
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Leaves Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes in a cool place. This will allow the ingredients to blend better and the pancakes to become fluffier.
- Warm up a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil. I poured a ladle of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook on the other side.
