Pancake recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 cc of milk
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of 0000 flour
  • 60 grams of melted butter
  • 12 grams of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of fine salt

Preparation

To achieve these delicious pancakes you have to follow the next steps:

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add milk, eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  3. Leaves Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes in a cool place. This will allow the ingredients to blend better and the pancakes to become fluffier.
  4. Warm up a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil. I poured a ladle of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook on the other side.

Ready! Now serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings. Chef Gross suggests maple syrup, honey, cream cheese, or even a little butter to melt.
