Taylor Swift is preparing for her last European performances in London. Before the concerts, she is throwing a party for her team.
Megastar Taylor Swift (34) is returning to London’s Wembley Stadium for more concerts at the end of her current European tour. The last five performances of her “The Eras Tour” on European soil will kick off on Thursday, August 15th. On August 20th, it will be time to say goodbye to the superstar, who will then head back across the pond. After a short break, Swift and her team will then be playing nine more concerts this year in the Canadian cities of Toronto and Vancouver starting on November 14th.
After the involuntary break due to the cancellation of the Vienna dates due to an acute terror warning, Swift and her crew of around 200 people treated themselves to a special kind of break ahead of the London concerts. Swift threw a lavish thank you party on Tuesday evening in the private luxury club “Annabel’s Mayfair” in the British capital. According to the report, she and her team celebrated until 3 a.m. In the “plush ambience”, all guests were able to be served free of charge at the bar, and a total of six buses were available to take the visitors to the city’s hotels.
Taylor Swift wanted to raise morale in the team
A source also told The Sun: “Taylor is one of the most generous pop stars out there and she threw this party to thank her team for their hard work.” Swift herself appeared in a blazer and skirt combination inspired by fashion icon Vivienne Westwood (1941-2022). It goes on to say that the club was well filled and it was a “great evening”. After the concerts in Vienna were cancelled, Swift wanted to give something back to her people, the insider continued: “It was a difficult time for everyone and she wanted to boost morale.”
