Just a few hours before the start of the tour, US singer Usher postponed the planned opening concert in Atlanta. He explained this step in a message to his fans.
Just a few hours before the planned start of his world tour “Past Present Future”, US singer Usher (“Yeah!”) has cancelled the first concert in Atlanta (US state of Georgia). He had to postpone his performance because he was physically unable to perform at his best, the 45-year-old announced on his social media channels. His body needed a moment “to rest and heal”. He would reschedule the concert and then be there for his fans at 100 percent, Usher said. He did not give any specific reasons for the short-notice cancellation. Two days earlier he had mentioned his planned performance in Atlanta.
According to the tour calendar, the next concerts are scheduled for Friday and Saturday in Atlanta. Dozens of performances are planned in the USA and Canada until the end of November. From the end of March 2025, the “Past Present Future” world tour will then continue in Europe, including in London, Paris and Amsterdam. The R’n’B musician has also planned three concerts in Berlin at the beginning of May.
Last year he played eight concerts in Paris, and before that he last toured Europe in 2015. Last February he performed at the Super Bowl halftime show and his new hit “Coming Home” was released.
