Deadpool & Wolverine of Marvel Studios and Disney has added to its list of records, now becoming the highest-grossing R-rated film ever in the United States worldwide. By getting there, the franchise earns the title of Joker of 2019 (US$1.079 billion).

As of Thursday, the mercenary and adamantium-clawed X-Man have grossed $1,085.6 million worldwide. The breakdown is $516.8 million at the domestic box office and $568.8 million at the international box office.
In October 2019, when Joker was crowned the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time, it did so by surpassing the final gross of Deadpool 2016’s $783 million (Deadpool 2’s $785 million global haul includes $47 million from its PG-13 holiday release).
The third installment starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman crossed the $1 billion mark worldwide last weekend, making it only the second R-rated American film to reach that milestone (the other being Joker).
