Chris Pratt took advantage of his son Jack’s birthday to share rare snapshots of him – including a declaration of love.
Chris Pratt (45) celebrated his son Jack’s twelfth birthday with a touching post on Instagram. On August 17, the actor shared a series of pictures showing the birthday boy visiting a farm. “Happy birthday to my wonderful son Jack. I thank God every day for you, you sweet boy,” he wrote with the photos.
Pratt continued to praise his eldest child, saying he was “so smart, funny, kind, thoughtful, trustworthy and strong.” He said he couldn’t believe that Jack was already twelve years old. “I love you so much, kiddo,” the Hollywood star said.
In the snapshots with sheep, calves and horses, Jack’s face is always half covered. Chris Pratt usually refrains from taking photos of his firstborn in order to protect his privacy as best as possible. However, he has often spoken about the difficult first months of his son’s life: Jack was born nine weeks prematurely in 2012 and had to undergo several operations.
Chris Pratt’s fourth child is on the way
Jack comes from Chris Pratt’s relationship with Anna Faris (47). The “Guardians of the Galaxy” actor was married to his acting colleague from 2009 to 2018. In the meantime, he has a new partner at his side, Katherine Schwarzenegger (34). The two tied the knot in 2019 and already have two daughters together: Lyla was born in 2020, followed by Eloise in 2022.
In July, Pratt and Schwarzenegger confirmed with a post on Instagram that they are expecting their third child together. In the photo, the daughter of action legend Arnold Schwarzenegger (77) smiles at the camera.
