Chris Pine is occasionally confused with fellow actors. He recently had two strange encounters on the street within a few days, he says.
US actor Chris Pine says he was mistaken for two different acting colleagues on the street last week. The day before, he was walking “down a street in New York,” the 43-year-old said on the “Kelly Clarkson Show.” “And someone turned to me and said: ‘Jim Carrey?'”
Laughing, Pine added: “And that was four days after someone walked past me and said ‘Oh hey, Jeff Daniels’.” Such confusion with colleagues happened to him frequently, said Pine. The actor was recently seen in films such as “Don’t Worry Darling” and “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.” Carrey and Daniels both star in the comedy “Dumb and Dumber.”
