ALMA Restaurant offers a dynamic menu that highlights the best of each season, with dishes based on the most authentic Argentine cuisine. A journey through the different regions of our country through flavors.
Upon entering the ALMA Restaurant dining room, diners are greeted by a bright atmosphere, where noble materials such as wood and leather invite guests to enjoy a moment of togetherness. The art on the walls, which depict scenes from the Argentine countryside (by renowned photographer Aldo Sessa), reflect the spirit that reigns in this space. Design details, such as the large glass light fixture surrounding the central skylight, add unique sparkles to the space, dominated by two large blue corduroy armchairs.

What to order
With Erika Scaffino as executive chef, the menu, created in collaboration with Julián Galendecelebrates authenticity in Argentina, with signature touches. The premium cuts of meat from the Aberdeen Angus, Argentine Wagyu and Black Angus breeds stand out, roasted over quebracho and cherry wood embers in a Josper oven. Skirt steak, sirloin steak, flank steak and rib eye steak, among other options, are roasted to the desired point by the diner.
There is also the possibility of ordering Soul to sharea menu proposal that offers a selection of dishes with a variety of ingredients, such as meats, vegetables and seasonal flavours. This alternative is only available with prior reservation and can be requested to suit specific dietary requirements (vegetarian and gluten-free). It is also possible to enjoy an executive menu, from Monday to Friday from 12 to 15h, and you can choose from two or three courses. Both include a non-alcoholic drink, a glass of wine from the winery of the month, a Nespresso coffee or Tehani loose leaf tea. It should be noted that the idea is to respect the rhythm of the seasons, so that seasonal products shine at their best.
