The Misiones Justice Department received a series of audio recordings in which provincial deputy Germán Kiczka can be heard asking for a room in a hotel in the city of Iguazú, near the Triple Border with Paraguay and Brazil.

The missionary Government Minister, Marcelo Perezassured that the province is in continuous collaboration with the security forces of neighboring countries and referred to the “close relationship” that the accused maintains with a family with a long political history in the country.

Speaking to FM Open 101.7 of Posadas, the official said that “They are being intensively sought and there is a red alert from Interpol, which is investigating the migration routes.”

“Legally they have no way out of the Argentinabut the hypothesis is that they could be in the country or have left through an illegal passage to Brazil“, he added.

“What has been found is outrageous, it is part of an international investigation. When everything became known, there were people who defended him, saying that it was an ‘operation’. What the judge did was accurate and thorough, but, unfortunately, the person who initially said that he was going to make himself available, escaped the day they went to look for him,” he said. Perez.

The minister also gave details about the role of the deputy’s brother, who is also involved in the accusation. “He has an aggravating factor (in addition to the distribution of abuse material, zoophilia, incest and pedophilia) because, in principle, he would have had relations with minors,” he said and added: “The father is also under investigation, because the first search, which was carried out in February of this year, was at his home and a lot of material and a personal computer belonging to Germán were found.”

German Kiczka’s accommodation in Iguazu

According to judicial sources, the Justice of Misiones received a series of audios in which the provincial deputy can be heard German Kiczka asking for a room in a hotel in the city of Iguazú, close to the Triple Border with Paraguay and Brazil. The messages were sent days before his impeachment in the provincial legislature was finalized.

In one of these messages, the party representative states:

“Rami, how are you? Hey, Rami, I have a question for you: could I go there tomorrow for a getaway and you can prepare a room for me? But in the cheap hotel, the one downtown. I’m going alone and I’d stay a couple of days. Don’t worry about the expense and all that. I just want you to get me a room. Confirm it so I can go tomorrow morning and then we’ll talk and I’ll tell you a little bit about all this.”

In another audio recording, a woman, presumably an employee of the place where the deputy stayed, tells someone: “That man came one day. He was a freak. German Kiczka“He came, stayed one night, had breakfast and left. I remember I put him on the 27th, but it was a while ago.”

According to judicial sources, the legislator was there last Tuesday or Wednesday knowing that the arrest warrants for him and his brother Sebastian were imminent. In fact, the Criminal Judge 4 of Apóstoles, Miguel Ángel Faria, issued them on Tuesday night.

Faría ordered the arrest of Kiczka in the context of an investigation into alleged trafficking of material child sexual abuse. After the impeachment that was voted on Thursday in the Legislature, the Misiones Police personnel went to look for the deputy at his home – which had been raided 17 days ago and where they seized two cell phones and a notebook – but Kiczka was no longer there. Among the files found were scenes of zoophilia, minors abused by animals.

The deputy was under special surveillance from that moment on, when the home where his father and brother live, in the city of Apóstoles, was raided in search of this type of material. It was there that a personal computer belonging to the deputy was found and, later, it was established that he downloaded and shared the material through the eMule network.

The February raid on the home of the father and brother of Kiczka It was carried out within the framework of the international investigation “Digital Guardians of Childhood”, led from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires by the prosecutor specialized in computer crimes Daniela Dupuy, which targeted pedophiles who downloaded and shared prohibited content.
