Aeronautical workers strike: the Government announced sanctions and discounts of up to $150,000

The Government of Javier Milei, through its presidential spokesman Manuel Adorni, announced that up to $150,000 will be deducted from the salaries of employees who went on strike as part of the strike measures carried out by the aeronautical unions Association of Airline Pilots (APLA) and the Association of Aeronautical Personnel (APA): “They harmed the passengers.”

In his usual press conference at Casa Rosada, the La Libertad Avanza official said that “the aeronautical unions harmed passengers with a covert strike due to the schedules of their information meetings.”

He added: “In total, 10 JetSmart flights, 10 Flybondi flights and at least 30 Aerolíneas Argentinas flights were affected. Disciplinary actions with fines and sanctions will be applied against all those who carried out these abusive measures, as has already been done with more than 200 employees.”
