Thomas Gottschalk: Saying “I do” under the open sky by the sea
According to reports, the celebration took place on August 23rd in a house on the popular holiday island that the former “Wetten, dass..?” host had rented for the event – sea view included. Aside from the bride and groom, only Mroß’s daughter Melinda and the couple’s closest friends were there. Later, the group continued celebrating in bikinis and swimming trunks in a beach bar.
The groom explained to “Bild”: “I thought it was great that I saw a few tourists at our wedding taking photos of fish through the glass bottom of a tour boat. But nobody was interested in us. Neither vacationers nor professionals.” It was “just a normal wedding with three guests on Ibiza.” They swore eternal loyalty to each other “barefoot and all in white.” Gottschalk continued: “That’s what we wanted and that’s how it was!”
“Bet that ..?”
Nasty sayings, silliness and a changing of the guard: these seven moments shaped the evening
