In the Netflix series “The Perfect Couple” (German title: “Ein neuer Sommer”), the two play a seemingly ideal married couple. They brought this mood with them to the premiere of the six-part series. There, the two actors appeared harmonious and trusting.
They posed arm in arm for the photographers present and smiled at each other again and again. Kidman chose an elegant black one-shoulder dress for the event in London. Her partner wore a grey suit with a white shirt.
Despite these pictures, there is no need to get your hopes up for a new Hollywood dream couple. Nicole Kidman has been married to Keith Urban (56) since 2006. Liev Schreiber was with her best friend Naomi Watts (55), and Taylor Neisen (31) has been his wife since 2017.
Top-class cast in “The Perfect Couple”
The six-part murder mystery series “The Perfect Couple” is based on the 2018 novel of the same name by Elin Hilderbrand (55). Nicole Kidman plays the role of the well-known writer Greer Garrison Winbury, Liev Schreiber plays her husband Tag Winbury. The two are planning their son’s extremely expensive wedding – but when a body is found on the beach, the wedding guests quickly turn into suspects.
In addition to Kidman and Schreiber, the cast of the miniseries includes other top-class names: Dakota Fanning, Meghann Fahy, Eve Hewson, Ishaan Khatter, Billy Howle and Jack Reynor, among others. “The Perfect Couple” or “A New Summer” starts on Netflix on September 5th.
