Built in 1956, the property was acquired by Bezos in 2024 for $90 million. The residence sits on a plot of just over one hectare and has approximately 2,000 square meters. In addition, the only access is via a controlled bridge, complemented by Marine patrols and police surveillance 24 hours a day.
