Awards ceremony on Saturday evening

The premieres of the competition films “Qing Chun: Gui” (English title: “Youth – Homecoming”) by Wang Bing and “Kjærlighet” (English title: “Love”) by Dag Johan Haugerud are planned for Friday.

The Venice Film Festival awards ceremony will take place on Saturday evening (September 7). The main prize is the Golden Lion. The president of the nine-member jury is the French actress Isabelle Huppert. The German director Julia von Heinz is also part of the jury.
