On Instagram, Beyoncé lets her followers share in her birthday by the sea in a whopping 20 pictures.
Beyoncé celebrated her 43rd birthday on September 4th – the singer showed how on Instagram with a veritable holiday photo album. Included: the sea, a villa, a short dress and lots of whiskey.
Beyoncé poses in front of a jetty with three colorful balloons in one hand. In full gear: knotted headscarf and silver cat-eye sunglasses, skin-tight mini dress with a psychedelic pattern, long mesh gloves and green high heels. She captioned the pictures: “I am so grateful for another year. Thank you for the lovely congratulations.”
All other photos also show Beyoncé or her accessories on holiday, which she apparently treated herself to with her husband Jay-Z (54) for her birthday. When Queen B isn’t posing all dolled up like a queen in front of the luxurious holiday property, the two of them are lounging around on a terrace bed, laughing and enjoying the recently released SirDavis whiskey.

Inspired by great-grandfather
It’s no coincidence that the posts also seem like alcohol advertising. At the end of August, Beyoncé and Moët Hennessy presented their jointly developed whiskey “SirDavis”. It is said to be named after the singer’s great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, who illegally distilled liquor during Prohibition. “I’ve always been drawn to the power and confidence I feel when drinking high-quality whiskey and wanted to invite more people to experience that feeling,” Beyoncé describes on .
