The national senator for the Radical Civic Union (UCR) Martin Lousteau questioned the presidential veto of Javier Milei to the pension reform and stressed that “You can’t have more than half” of older adults “below the poverty line.”
He also criticized the position of some radical legislators who will now change their vote when the Congress insist on the project. The senator considered that “They will have to give explanations” since the initiative “was born from the hand of the UCR” and “the issue of retirees is very important.”
